Food within my plan:
Raisen Bran
Turkey sandwich with half a bowl of home made chili

Questionable food:
1/2 sandwich and soup with wheat bagette from Panerra Bread

Food outside of the plan:
1 handful of pretzels
2 20oz cups of Dr Pepper
3 sugar cookies

Exercise:
No weight lifting
Calisthenics and 45 minute run
No abs
