Foods within my plan:
Raisen Bran for breakfast
Turkey sandwich and pear for lunch

Foods outside my plan:
Runza (I was in a hurry for dinner)
2 handfuls of pretzels

Exercise:
Chest and tricep weight lifting during lunch hour
1.5 mile run, ab exercises, and 30 minutes of cardio
